Is this just a cold, or could I have Pneumonia or Bronchitis?

Everyone in my house had the same exact thing the doc said it was bronchitis but no antibiotic or otc meds helped but you should definately go to the doc cause uf he/she can hear wheezing they can give you an inhaler
