Who should I start for Fantasy Football this week? My choices are: Eli Manning, Carson Palmer, or Matt Ryan?

Ryan isn't playing this week and Turner will also be out. Of the other two, Palmer has a bit better match up. The Vikings are giving up more fantasy points to opposing QBs than the Eagles. The yardage difference is only about 300 yds and both have given up 18 TD pes, but the Eagles have 20 INTs compared to 9 for the Vikings. I would play Palmer.
