Did you miss recess in middle school?

The debate of Middle School vs. Junior High School is about more than just names. There is a philosophical difference, plus lots of practical differences. For example, no recess for 6th graders in Middle School (in the Junior High system they have one more year in elementary school with recess). What do you think, is recess important in Middle School?
