Don't atheists have to have faith also?

Atheists believe that existence came into being by chance. That the essence of existence, the order and harmony of the universe, the complexity of human cells, the bodily functions of which all the organs work with one another to properly function the human body ... they believe all of this happened by "chance". That bam, the universe came into being by accident. Isn't this faith that atheists have to have as well? Atheists always critize believers saying, "the only evidence Christians have for their God is faith, ugh!" It seems as though even the atheists have to have faith in chance.
