Please read, i really need help...?

Ok so lets say you do move to England, lets say you do divorce. Would you rather move back to the US then be with your daughter? Whats so bad with England, why cant you stay in England and live with your daughter. Or if its that bad then just divorce him now and stay with your daughter and he can do whatever he wants..
