Where is the cheapest place to get Atkins (or comparable) vitamins?
Hello Bonnie, All you need is an over-the-counter multivitamin (like Centrum), along with vitamin A, C and E (taken as directed). These are just the very basics. With PCOS you may also want to consider taking a fish oil supplement (Omega 3 fatty acids) (1-2 grams per day). It's great for almost every system in the body from circulatory to brain function. Just make sure it says concentrated, and ignore brands that say "wild caught" and "mercury free"...these are just claims to make you think their product is better and it's not, just more expensive.
