What is the name of this Drum & B track?

On this pod-cast download I've got of this Drum & B pirate radio station in Leeds there is a track that I really like but I don't know what it's called. The radio station is radio frequency on 88.1 in Leeds. On the song they keep saying "Cyprus of the watch". The song is also very old skoll themed. I think it is an old skoll one. Does anyone know what it is called?
