When the person you married changes drastically in appearance & physically is it still for better or worse?

She "allows" him to continue to cheat on her because she has low self esteem and a low value of herself. He doesn't have to be the one to file for divorce, she can as well. If someone allows someone else to cheat and won't do a thing to get away from it, what is anyone else supposed to do? As for the physical attraction thing, I don't believe that anyone has to stay with someone else if they're not attracted to them or they don't love them.
