Endometriosis affecting the brain?

My family doctor thinks i might have endometriosis. I did some research and it said that it can also affect other ares of the body besides your pelvic area. Two of the place were your lungs and brain. I have also been having soe other medical problems and was wondering what are some of the symptoms of it spreading to your brain and lungs?
