How do you have a Catholic and Evangelical Free wedding?

The bride is Catholic and the groom is Evangelical Free, and does not believe in Catholicism but I want to acknowledge how I was raised in the Catholic faith in the ceremony. What is the best way to go about this without offending anyone?
