So what does Belgium Chocolate Taste like?

Hey everyone. I love chocolate... No I mean LOVE chocolate! Especially Hershey's Special Dark but tomorrow is Valentine's Day so I figured I'd treat myself to the fancy stuff and I bought some Belgium Chocolate... So what does it taste like? Will it be like Hershey's or... Better?
